General
A few reasons why this might have happened:
- You may have typed your email address incorrectly. This would make it impossible for us to send you an email.
- You have a spam blocker that is prohibiting confirmation emails from being received. Or it's in your span folder.
- Your email may be delayed if your order was placed during a period of high order volume.
- Your order hasn't been processed yet.
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping & Billing
Sorry, we are unable to change the billing address for your order once it has been placed.
As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order!
Please contact us with your order number and the new shipping address.
Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
